This is the first time my device has been dropped accidently into water and I felt so worried when It took so much time for my phone to got active while being in dark screen. Is there anyone have been experiencing nearly 2 hours wating for Samsung A5 (2017) to fully recover after being in water like me ???

You will be extremely lucky if it recovers at all. Your best bet is to take it to assistance. The rice thing is a myth and a hairdryer could do even more damage
