hi
my WhatsApp app not auto download media
I check the settings for data usage
and I changed the settings to auto download media on wifi
but still not auto downloading
I searched for solution and still can't fix it
I check for background data usage and it is allow in my phone s8 plus android 8.0
please help

Simply try this and I hope it will solve your issue.
To configure automatic photo, video or audio downloading, simply go to WhatsApp > tap More options > Settings > Storage and data > Media auto-download.
