SD card

Hi,I recently shut my device of to charge and when I turned it back on it said to reinstall my SD card. Well I did that and nothing happened. I plugged it into my computer with an SD adapter and it's blank no files on it at all. If anyone knows how to fix this any help is appreciated being that I had all my pictures and music on it :)

Want to share my experience. I also had the same problem two months ago, but the files reappeared after rebooting, then I copied all the files to computer and bought a new SD card.

I just have to reformat the card Everytime. It's a good thing I invested In a cloud back up. Lol
