Hi everyone,
I'm new to this so sorry if its a stupid question.
I have upgraded my mother from her Samsung galaxy s3 19GT-19300 to find she hadn't backed up anything - MAINLY contacts!!
The thing has Frozen, all that comes up is the 'Samsung s3 Start up' OR an EMPTY battery sign.
The battery is fine, but I can't seem to 're-boot' it.
I've tried a few suggestions found on you tube/net eg. holding top (or bottom) vol button, home & power at the same time - BUT NOTHING.
Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!! It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
(and stop her nagging!!)
