Google Nexus 7 (2013) — post Marshmallow up grade to 6.0.1 review

Hi am new to this forum. Had new main circuit board (earphone connection) replaced under warranty as sound connection intermittent . Since then and before reloading my apps ungraded to marshmallow . This went smoothly possibly because i had no strange apps on board!
However after reloading some of my old apps have found that they do not work well/ at all with Marshmallow despite the app designers sometimes saying they should
Would appreciate others views on this

It happens when we upgrade our version, I faced the same difficulty, when I upgraded mine to Kitkat, don't worry you will soon get the updated app that would support Marshmallow.
