How do you re-instal Google play stores and google play services after uninstalling them can't find them anywhere

You will have to sideload them from a website like Apk mirror or just factory reset your phone.

Hey Michael,
You can get the .apk version installed, Google Play Store over here and Google PlayServices over here.

Hi Michael,
Google Play stores as well as its services has to be installed as a system application. So, to reinstall, you have to copy the .apk file back to where it should be (probably /system/app or /system/priv-app).

You just reset your phone everything will be fine.
